Once we begin, our close control over Project Management typically proceeds with:
- An internal project initiation process including preliminary schedule creation, assignment of team members and thorough review of requirements
- A follow up kick-off meeting at the Clients site to again review requirements and expectations and assure a smooth project initiation
- Periodic internal and Client-involved design reviews to assure a high confidence level that the solution will achieve the overall objectives
- Construction
- Performance demonstration test that validate throughput rates, equipment yield, operational efficiency and any other defined requirements
- Transportation and installation of the equipment to the Client's facility
- (Re) Validation of equipment performance objectives
- On-site operational and maintenance training
- Final installation of the system by our team of engineers and/or technicians
