• A single point of contact for each party - The Project Manager serves as a focal point to assure clear communications and direction.
• A clear definition of the Scope of Work - Starting with Customer and Jewett developed specifications and evolved throughout the project.
• Frequent and candid Communication between parties to root out problems early so that they can be addressed.
• Realistic and regularly updated Project Schedule. This schedule defines the path to assure the project stays on track and defines responsibilities for all the team members, both at the Client and at Jewett.
